Among Us Coming to Xbox Consoles

You don’t think Among Us news is going to stop, do you? Today is your day lovely Xbox users, the popular multiplayer game is coming to your consoles in 2021. Microsoft announced it through their official Xbox Twitter account. Also, the game is available in Xbox Game Pass For PC.

Just a few days after the Nintendo Switch release announcement, the multiplayer game found another platform to bring its content in. Starting from 2021, Xbox players can have fun while sabotaging their friends.

Xbox revealed the collaboration with a gif that features one of the crewmate quests. A crewmate carries the files to Xbox Game Pass Folder from the Among Us folder. They wrote, “*pops out of vent*. Oops, we’ve been caught. Among Us comes to Xbox and Xbox Game Pass in 2021.” According to the statement that has been shared by Microsoft, the multiplayer social deduction game will be available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S.

Recently, Innersloth unveiled the brand new map, The Airship, in The Game Awards, where Among Us earned two awards. The Airship is expected to be published in 2021 the same time as the Xbox launch.

Though it was developed in 2018, Among Us’ popularity reached its peak this year. Players have found out about this beautiful game while they were chilling in their homes because of the lockdown and never let it go since then. It was even played by congresswoman AOC in front of thousands of viewers, breaking several records on Twitch. 

If you want to try this record-breaking game, you can play it on Nintendo Switch, Windows PC and mobile devices. All platforms support cross-play which makes it easier to play with friends.
